HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We produce 95% of orders within 48-72 hours Mon - Fri, during our operating schedule. We are open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm CST. and closed Sat-Sun.

Based on the type of shipping you choose during checkout, as an example, Standard shipping within the US, Alaska and Hawaii could take longer, takes approximately 7-15 days, or one to two weeks.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS BACKORDERED?

If an item is on backorder, we'll contact you to inform you. You'll be given the opportunity to receive a refund for the item or wait until the item is back in-stock.

Backordered stock can take up to 28 days before they become avaible to print. Items are usually available in a couple of weeks, but can take longer. Ultimately, it'll be up to you whether to wait it out or opt for a refund.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES?

Due to world-wide conditions over the past couple of years, supply chains have unfortunately been affected, but we are working hard to ensure that you recieve your item(s) as soon as possible.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production within 48-72 hours (Business Days) after your order is placed. When your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to track the order online with the carrier.

Our shipping methods are Standard, Premium, and Express. Our carriers for Standard and Premium shipping are USPS, and our Express carrier is FEDEX.

Standard shipping can take up to 13-20 days within the contiguous United States.

Premium shipping can take up to 7-10 days depending on your location, but generally within 8 days in the contiguous United States.

Express shipping can take up to 3-6 days depending on your location, but generally within 4 days in the contiguous United States.

CAN YOU PRINT LARGE ORDERS?

If you need to order larger quantities, we can help. TShirtCola.com is provided by Big Rhino Screen Printing to meet the needs of its customers and to offer them the ability to purchase custom printed goods with no minimum quantity, which is now made available to everyone.

Big Rhino's services vary slightly from the TshirtCola.com platform though. Big Rhino Screen Printing is capable of producing large quantities of custom screen printing, embroidery, and promotional items, as T-Shirt Cola is designed to produce small quantities and no minimums.

The difference between the two platforms are printing techniques. T-Shirt Cola is focused on digital printing, which allows us to print no minimums on different types of goods, while Big Rhino is focused on the traditional techniques of screen printing, embrodery, and promotional goods.
